General
Do you have a showroom?
Not yet, we have only just opened, however we do have a few products in our workshop we can show you.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can post your items however we’d prefer if you collect large items as they’re often solid wood and very heavy and we want to keep the costs down for yourself. We can arrange local delivery by ourselves provided you are not too far away from the Blackpool area in Lancashire.
Cost
Do you provide quotations?
Absolutely! And free of charge and with no obligation.
Product
What warranty is there?
We make and expect our products to last, however, wood is a natural product that alters and eventually deteriorates over time, particularly if the product is for outdoor use. If the product is for outdoor use it requires maintenance in the form of treatment.
We’re flexible. If the product isn’t to your satisfaction we’ll do our best to sort it.
What materials do you use?
Basically, any form of timber that comes our way… Typically pine wood.
